    “Since dogs were first domesticated and an affinity has developed between

    them and their owners; not only do they frequently resemble each other.

    They even share personality traits and mirror each other?s behaviour.

    Dogs can be deliberately used for this purpose of conveying whatever the

    owner finds desirable. Often the affinity is less conscious, the master

    is unaware how much he looks like his dog. Project done in association with Ollie Grove.”

It is, broadly speaking, a story of a man letting go and finding himself, much as this video found its own way almost despite our involvement.

    This video is without dialogue and external action. It’s also incredibly personal. It was very important and cathartic for us to make. But we made it earnestly, as a gift for whomever sees it. We hope it strikes a chord and continues to live without us – Wilding/Augusto”

  • MAZE HILL

    Brand new Wah Wah 45s signing Maze Hill is the brain child of producer Andy Highmore, vocalist Holly Bestic and singer and spoken word artist Joshua Idehen.

    You may be familiar with Josh from his work with legendary UK production outfit LV on the critically acclaimed Routes album, or from his output in London based Afro funk, punk collective Benin City which we’ve been big fans of since they graced our ears.

    The trio brings together their influences including Beach House and Grizzly Bear with the production delivering reverbed out electronica, and more than a little soul and jazz elements.

    With an album in the making their Long Haul EP, due for release 29th October, is a great introduction to something really quite exciting.
